The fully automatic loader is applied to the plate collection work of the SMT production line, by replacing the anti-static material frame for plate collection. The full-automatic plate collecting machine can be used not only behind reflow soldering welding and wave soldering, but also behind all kinds of mounters to automatically change the material frame for plate collecting. By using an automatic plate collecting machine, the downstream plate collecting work of the SMT production line was achieved, reducing the workload of personnel.
