The fully automatic loader is applied to the feeding work of the SMT production line by replacing the anti-static material frame for feeding. The anti-static material frame of the installed circuit board is placed on the fully automatic board feeder platform. After turning on the fully automatic mode on the operation screen page, the material frame can be automatically replaced for board feeding after receiving the downstream equipment model.

The width adjustment track of the 11th generation fully automatic plate feeder of Horrol Technology adopts ball screw action, and the silk quality is smooth and can be freely adjusted. The outlet of the plate feeder is made of aluminum alloy blocks processed by electrophoresis technology through CNC, and the chamfering process makes the plate output smoother. The overall sheet metal is made using baking paint technology, and the ball screw lifting platform is more stable and smooth.
