Overview of Micro board loaders

The micro loading machine is used for SMT plate feeding work. The equipment is composed of an aluminum alloy frame, aluminum alloy grille, a mold integrated aluminum alloy track, and a paint baking shell. The equipment comes with an anti jamming board and automatic leveling function, and can be adjusted for use with single and double sided boards. The grille groove plate of the micro board feeder is fixed with left and right aluminum alloy large plates, and each motor controls the grille groove. The mechanical induction rod automatically adjusts the circuit board. Electric chain push plate, no need for air connection, stable and does not damage the circuit board.

The micro loading machine occupies a small area and can be used with both single and double sided boards, making it flexible and stable with anti jamming boards. The equipment is fixed with an aluminum alloy plate for the grille, and the mold is integrated to form an aluminum alloy track, ensuring overall stability of the equipment. The micro board feeder operates independently on both sides of the grille and can automatically level the circuit board through mechanical induction bars.
