It is very normal for the sole cleaning machine to be damaged after being stepped on and rubbed every day, with the belt brush working for a long time and soaking in dirty water. Therefore, knowing how to replace the belt brush is also very important, which can quickly solve the problem of belt brush damage and save the cost of replacing the manufacturer.

Step 1: Lift the filter plate and fix the support
Opening the filter plate in the drying area allows you to see the internal structure of the sink. The old shoe sole cleaning machine has a support rod for the filter plate, while the new shoe sole cleaning machine does not have a support rod. After lifting the filter plate, it can support itself according to its complete structure and gravity, making it easy to disassemble and install the screws in the sink.

Step 2: Remove the four locking screws
On the left and right sides of the sink, you can see two locked long hexagonal screws on each support rod. These four hexagonal screws can be adjusted for tightness as needed. When replacing the belt brush, remove the four screws. After removing the hexagonal long screws, the auxiliary transmission shaft at this position can be lifted. The auxiliary transmission shaft is made of stainless steel material and has an aluminum block with self-aligning bearings at both ends.

Step 3: Remove the fixed aluminum block
The main transmission shaft of the sole cleaning machine is fixed by a fixed aluminum block and ear bearings. The main transmission shaft is a toothed stainless steel transmission shaft wrapped in Teflon material. On the slot side of the main transmission shaft fixing the aluminum block, there is usually a small screw to lock it and remove it. If not, do not pay attention. When lifting the auxiliary transmission shaft and the water tank side belt brush, the fixed aluminum block end of the main transmission shaft can be lifted at this time.
If the fixed aluminum block end of the main transmission shaft can be lifted during this step, the belt brush that needs to be replaced can be removed and the intact belt brush can be replaced by inserting it through one end.

When lifting the belt brush from one end of the auxiliary transmission shaft, it can be seen that there is a stainless steel strip with ball bearings in the support groove of the belt brush. Before taking out and installing the belt brush, remove the ball bearings and stainless steel support strip. After replacing the belt brush. Then thread the support strip with 23 balls each, and place each ball in a corresponding groove.

Step 4: Disassemble the gear chain and protective plate (choose whether to disassemble according to the situation)
When the belt brush cannot be lifted from the fixed aluminum block end of the main transmission shaft to replace the belt brush, the grease filling identification plate can be removed quarterly, and then the chain, gear, and ear bearing can be removed, and the entire transmission shaft can be removed.

After completing the above steps, the replacement of the belt brush is completed by restoring each transmission shaft, intact belt brush, screw bearing, fixed locking aluminum block, chain, and gear. During the disassembly process, please avoid using violence to avoid irreparable damage to other parts of the equipment's wiring.
