In order to meet the requirements of more customers for micro-board feeders, Horrol Technology made major improvements to the fully automatic multi-functional micro-board feeder in 2024, replacing the original mechanical buttons with a true color touch screen, and making major improvements to the structure. The small board feeder can handle both large and small boards, the ball screw can automatically adjust the smoothness, and the direction can be switched with one button. The small feeder can also set the lifting and pushing speed and height, etc.

The micro board feeder is mainly used for board feeding in SMT production lines. It has a frameless plate storage grid and can deliver boards in a cycle. It can be used for both single-sided and double-sided boards.

Micro Loader Features:

1. The micro board loading machine occupies a small area (external dimensions 650x700x1640mm), and can achieve large board delivery work in a small space.

2. The micro plate feeder adopts ball screw track, which can smoothly adjust the width.

3. The push plate of the micro feeder adopts an electric push plate, and the height of the push plate on the upper and lower slide rails can be adjusted, making the push plate smoother.

4. The push plate speed and lifting speed of the micro loader can be adjusted.

5. The micro feeder adopts a true color touch screen, and the relevant parameters and width can be set and adjusted on the screen.

6. The small loading machine adopts one-button direction switching, which can be switched according to the needs of its own production line.

7. The small plate feeder lifting adopts a high-strength chain gear structure, which can store high weight.

8. The small loader continues the function of preventing board jams, and can choose to open and close the board output direction to switch the sensor according to the length of the board itself.

9. The small feeder can accommodate large and small boards in its small body, and can store and transport large and small boards within 450×550mm.
