We deeply regret that Comrade Li Keqiang, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the 17th, 18th and 19th CPC Central Committee and former Premier of the State Council, passed away recently due to illness. On October 26, 2023, Comrade Li Keqiang died in Shanghai at 00:10 on October 27 at the age of 68 due to a sudden heart attack.

Comrade Li Keqiang is an outstanding member of the Communist Party of China, a time-tested and loyal communist fighter, an outstanding proletarian revolutionary and politician, and an outstanding leader of the Party and the country. In the historical process of China's revolution, construction, and reform, he has always stood firmly at the forefront of the times and worked tirelessly for the liberation and happiness of the Chinese people.

In his long revolutionary career, Comrade Li Keqiang has made great contributions to the establishment and development of New China with his profound theoretical knowledge, keen strategic vision and outstanding leadership. He has served in important positions such as member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Premier of the State Council, and has made indelible contributions to the construction of the Party and the country.

Comrade Li Keqiang's life was a life of revolution, struggle and glory, a life of serving the people wholeheartedly and fighting for the cause of communism. His death is a great loss to our Party and the people of the whole country.
