Control system, no water ingress

1. Water ingress prohibited on control system

The controller is the core "brain" of the sole cleaning machine. It controls all electrical components of the sole cleaning machine. All accessories that are powered on are controlled by the controller. When the integrated controller is powered on, the electronic components will heat up, so the integrated controller cannot be sealed based on the existing cost. Therefore, during the use of the equipment, it is forbidden to control the system with water. If water enters, please turn off the power immediately to clean the water in the control box and blow it dry. If the equipment is not used for a long time, it should be stored in a dry and ventilated place to avoid moisture in the control box causing damage to the electronic components of the circuit board.

The water exchange system consists of a forced sewage discharge button, sewage discharge pump, solenoid valve, and water level sensor. There are different operating methods in different modes, so the following explains how to maintain it in automatic mode and manual mode respectively.

[In automatic mode]

The sole cleaning machine can automatically change water through the control of the integrated controller. The water level sensor detects the water level and transmits the data to the controller. In the case of low water level, the controller controls the solenoid valve to open for water replenishment. When the water level reaches the sensing position of the water level sensor, the light turns on, and the controller controls the solenoid valve to close and stop water replenishment. After the equipment has been running for a set working time, the controller controls the sewage pump and the solenoid valve to replace the water in the equipment tank. The water change time is set by the controller. In the default state, the equipment will run for 5 minutes and the equipment will change water for 1 minute.

[In manual mode]

The drainage button can be used to force drainage of the equipment. If the drainage pipe is not connected, the personnel can manually drain the sewage and add clean water (tap water or disinfectant water) according to the water quality in the sink. Manual water addition only requires the water to submerge the belt brush platform and touch the brush or be slightly higher than the bottom of the belt brush.

The water exchange area involves the location of the sewage tank and the water pump. Therefore, under normal use, whether in automatic mode or manual mode, this area must be cleaned regularly to avoid accumulation of sediment and debris.

3. Check the grease filling mark quarterly

The motor and transmission parts of the shoe sole cleaning machine are connected through gears and chains. In order to better lubricate and operate smoothly, the chains and gears are usually lubricated with grease every quarter.

4. Regularly maintain and clean garbage signs

Therefore, after using it for a period of time, the appearance of the equipment, the sink, the belt brush area, etc. should be scrubbed.
