The fully automatic sole cleaning machine is designed to clean the dirty soles of our shoes when we enter the room to keep the indoor floor clean. We will inevitably encounter some unexpected problems when we use the sole cleaning machine for a long time . Based on years of experience, Horrol Technology will show you today how to quickly troubleshoot and solve the abnormal problem of water inflow and overflow in the sole cleaning machine ?

The automatic water changing system of the fully automatic sole cleaning machine is completed by the integrated controller, solenoid valve, water level sensor, and sewage pump, while the water inlet system is completed by the integrated controller, solenoid valve, and water level sensor. The sole cleaning machine connected to the water inlet pipe and sewage pipe can control the equipment to add water through the integrated controller, solenoid valve, and water level sensor. When the equipment is powered on, the water level sensor transmits the data of whether it can sense water to the integrated controller, and the integrated controller sets the program to control the opening or closing of the solenoid valve.

In the automatic mode of the equipment, the water inlet and outlet can be automatically controlled. When used in automatic mode, you may encounter a situation where there is no water inlet. When there is no water in the sink of the sole cleaning machine, we must first confirm whether the No. 5 button of the sole cleaning machine controller is on. The device will automatically control the water inlet when the No. 5 light of the controller is on. If it is in automatic mode, check whether the water inlet pipeline is normal and the pipeline valve is in the punched state. If the equipment still does not take in water after ensuring that there are no problems with the above, please check whether the water level sensor near the sewage pump is on. When the light is on, the equipment will not control the solenoid valve to open the water inlet. If the water level sensor is not on, please check whether there is a blockage at the connection between the solenoid valve and the water inlet pipeline. There is a filter at the water inlet of the solenoid valve. When laying the water inlet pipe, there may be glue flocs that block the water inlet of the solenoid valve.
For the situation of no water inflow, we can eliminate and solve the problem according to the following situations:
1. In automatic mode, if the water inlet pipe to the solenoid valve interface is unobstructed and the water level sensor does not light up, it can be determined that the solenoid valve is blocked or damaged.
2. In automatic mode, if the water inlet pipe to the solenoid valve interface is unobstructed and the water level sensor lights up, it can be determined that the water level sensor is damaged.
3. In automatic mode, if the water level sensor does not light up, it can be determined that the water inlet pipe is blocked or the solenoid valve is clogged.

When using the equipment, we may also encounter overflow. When overflow occurs, our first choice is to find out where the overflowing water is overflowing from so as to determine the cause of the overflow. If the equipment is not constantly filled with water but overflows, it can be basically determined that the equipment is uneven or the pipes are overflowing.
If the equipment continues to take in water during use, even when the water level sensor has sensed the water level, it may be that there is a problem with the controller or the solenoid valve is not wired correctly.
