Everything is easy for those who know, but those who don't know think of all sorts of things. Regarding the installation and use of Horrol Technology's fully automatic sole cleaning machine, Horrol Technology's technical department has provided guidance on the use of the fully automatic sole cleaning machine. Consumers don't have to worry about installation, use and maintenance issues, because all Horrol Technology equipment is delivered as a complete machine, and you only need to simply place it, connect it to the drainage pipe and plug it in before you can use it.

1. Installation of fully automatic sole cleaning machine
1. Select the installation location, adjust the device to a horizontal position, and connect it to the drainage pipe. Plug the power cord with leakage protection into the socket, and make sure the socket is grounded.
2. Connect the water pipes (connect the solenoid valve as the water inlet pipe) and the water pipes (connect the water pump as the water discharge pipe): After placing the equipment, please connect the four-point soft water pipe (factory-provided, in the sink under the strong water-absorbing sponge pad mesh). After the inlet and outlet pipes are connected, place them horizontally at the location where they need to be installed.
3. Handrail installation: If the sole cleaning machine you purchased includes a handrail guardrail, please use scissors or a utility knife to cut the tie straps of the handrail guardrail, place the beautiful cover of the handrail base on the corresponding guardrail holes on the left and right sides of the sole cleaning machine, insert the corresponding feet of the guardrail into the air, and shake the guardrail to install it just right.
4. Power supply: Take out the leakage protection plug (110V-220V), find the three-hole socket (make sure the ground wire is grounded), turn on the switch of the socket, and observe whether the leakage protection socket indicator light is on. If the indicator light is not on, please press the switch button on the leakage protection plug by yourself. After turning it on, the indicator light is on, the equipment is powered on, and the installation is complete.

Note:
① Make sure the equipment is placed horizontally without shaking or tilting. If it is not level, you can change it by adjusting the movable feet.
②. Make sure the socket is grounded and the voltage is 110V or 220V. If the voltage is too low, the equipment may not operate properly.
③. Make sure that the water inlet and outlet pipes and power cords are straightened out without any bends or pressure.
④. When multiple devices are placed side by side, please ensure that the water pressure of each drainage pipe of each machine reaches at least 0.5Mpa

3. Troubleshooting of common problems of fully automatic sole washing machines
1. The equipment does not work or trips
①. Check whether the power is on and whether the leakage protection plug switch is on.
② Check if the power cord is broken or damaged
③. Check whether the voltage can meet the requirements
④. Check whether the sensor port is properly plugged in
⑤. Check whether the sensor flashes red light. Normally, it flashes for a few seconds and then stops flashing.
⑥. Check whether the control box lights up. Normally, light 6 (manual mode) or light 5 will be on. If the water shortage alarm is turned on, light 3 will also be on. Other lights will not be on.
⑦. Check whether the chain is broken
⑧. Check whether there is any foreign object blocking the chain or drive shaft
⑨. Check whether the belt lock is too tight
⑩. After forced sewage discharge, the sewage discharge button is not reset. Press the forced sewage discharge button again.
2. The equipment makes abnormal noise
①. Check whether the chain and gears are intact and add lubricating oil from time to time.
② Check whether the bearings at both ends of the driving shaft and the driven shaft are intact.
③. Check whether the trim and LOGO board are properly placed
④ If the water pump makes an abnormal sound, you can disassemble the water pump to check whether there is iron sand and gravel inside
3. Equipment water inlet and outlet problems
①. If the equipment does not drain water, the following points can be used to find out the cause of the fault: check whether the sewage pipe is straightened and not compressed, check whether the entire water pump line is intact and all ports are plugged in, check whether the water pump is damaged, and check whether the drainage button is damaged in manual mode.
②. The sewage pump has been working. The cause of the failure can be found through the following points: Check whether the controller has water inflow, check whether the drainage button has water inflow and short circuit
③. If the equipment does not take in water, the following points can be used to find out the cause of the fault: Check whether there is water supply in the water pipe, check whether the water level sensor lights up to indicate water inflow, and check whether the water inlet solenoid valve is working.

4. Daily maintenance of the fully automatic sole cleaning machine
