1. Definition and working principle of sole cleaning machine

Definition of shoe sole cleaning machine: As a sole cleaning device for entrance, the sole cleaning machine aims to solve the problem of dirt and dust brought into the room by the soles of shoes. The sole cleaning machine is automatically started by induction, and the wet track brush rotates and rubs the soles of shoes, thereby cleaning the dirt and dust on the soles of shoes, blocking the dirt and dust at the entrance, reducing the workload of indoor floor cleaning, and the sole cleaning machine sets up a barrier to maintain the cleanliness of the indoor environment.

Schematic diagram of the working principle of the sole cleaning machine

The working principle of the sole cleaning machine: the motor drives the transmission shaft to rotate, and the belt brush carries water and rubs the sole as the transmission shaft rotates, thereby cleaning the dirt and dust on the sole.

2. Full structure diagram of the sole cleaning machine

The sole cleaning machine is composed of sheet metal, belt brush, sewage pump, water absorbent pad, supporting ribs, motor, bearings, gears, chains, sensors, controller, aluminum blocks and other components.

3. Equipment identification of sole cleaning machine

Control system, no water ingress

1. Water ingress prohibited on control system

The controller is the core "brain" of the sole cleaning machine. It controls all electrical components of the sole cleaning machine. All accessories that are powered on are controlled by the controller. When the integrated controller is powered on, the electronic components will heat up, so the integrated controller cannot be sealed based on the existing cost. Therefore, during the use of the equipment, it is forbidden to control the system with water. If water enters, please turn off the power immediately to clean the water in the control box and blow it dry. If the equipment is not used for a long time, it should be stored in a dry and ventilated place to avoid moisture in the control box causing damage to the electronic components of the circuit board.

2. Regularly clean the water change system logo

Water change system, regular cleaning

The water exchange system consists of a forced sewage discharge button, sewage discharge pump, solenoid valve, and water level sensor. There are different operating methods in different modes, so the following explains how to maintain it in automatic mode and manual mode respectively.

[In automatic mode]

The sole cleaning machine can automatically change water through the control of the integrated controller. The water level sensor detects the water level and transmits the data to the controller. In the case of low water level, the controller controls the solenoid valve to open for water replenishment. When the water level reaches the sensing position of the water level sensor, the light turns on, and the controller controls the solenoid valve to close and stop water replenishment. After the equipment has been running for a set working time, the controller controls the sewage pump and the solenoid valve to replace the water in the equipment tank. The water change time is set by the controller. In the default state, the equipment will run for 5 minutes and the equipment will change water for 1 minute.

[In manual mode]

The drainage button can be used to force drainage of the equipment. If the drainage pipe is not connected, the personnel can manually drain the sewage and add clean water (tap water or disinfectant water) according to the water quality in the sink. Manual water addition only requires the water to submerge the belt brush platform and touch the brush or be slightly higher than the bottom of the belt brush.

The water exchange area involves the location of the sewage tank and the water pump. Therefore, under normal use, whether in automatic mode or manual mode, this area must be cleaned regularly to avoid accumulation of sediment and debris.

3. Check the grease filling mark quarterly

Quarterly inspection, refilling with grease

The motor and transmission parts of the shoe sole cleaning machine are connected through gears and chains. In order to better lubricate and operate smoothly, the chains and gears are usually lubricated with grease every quarter.

4. Regularly maintain and clean garbage signs

Regular maintenance and garbage removal

Any equipment needs to be maintained regularly during use. The sole cleaning machine is in contact with the dirtiest soles every day. Therefore, after using it for a period of time, the appearance of the equipment, the sink, the belt brush area, etc. should be scrubbed. If there is garbage, it must be cleaned in time to avoid damage to the equipment.

4. Prohibited items during the use of the equipment

During daily use and operation, water is prohibited from entering the control box, sharp solids such as nails, blades, electronic components, etc. are prohibited from being mixed into the equipment cleaning area, and debris is prohibited from being discarded into the equipment.

5. Key cleaning parts of the sole cleaning machine

Shoe cleaning machine equipment sink

The water tank of the shoe sole cleaning machine is a key part of water storage. Almost all the dirt washed from the soles enters the water tank, and the sewage enters the sewage pump tank after passing through the filter cotton. The large particles and dirt washed cannot pass through the filter cotton and accumulate in the water tank. Therefore, the water tank should be thoroughly cleaned from time to time to avoid accumulation affecting sewage discharge and water replacement.

Sole cleaning machine pedal brush guard

When the sole cleaning machine is cleaning the dirt on the soles of shoes, the rotation of the belt brush will bring some of the dirt to the lower part of the pedal brush guard. Therefore, after using it for a period of time, you should observe whether there is any debris under the guard. If any debris or hard objects are found, they should be cleaned up in time.

6. Replacement of the belt brush of the sole cleaning machine

The sole cleaning machine is stepped on and rubbed every day, and the belt brush works for a long time and is soaked in dirty water. It is very normal for it to be damaged after a long time. Therefore, it is very important to know how to replace the belt brush, which can quickly solve the problem of belt brush damage and save the manufacturer's replacement cost.

Filter plate in the drying area of the shoe sole cleaning machine

1. Step 1: Open the filter plate and fix the support

Lift up the filter plate in the drying area, and you can see the internal structure of the sink. The old-style sole cleaning machine filter plate has a support rod, while the new-style sole cleaning machine has no support rod. After the filter plate is lifted up, it can support itself based on its own complete structure and gravity, making it easy to disassemble and install the screws in the sink.

Locking screw on the right side of the shoe cleaning machine tank

Left locking screw in the shoe cleaning machine tank

2. Step 2: Remove the four locking screws

On the left and right sides of the sink, you can see two locked long hexagon socket screws on each support rod. These four hexagon socket screws can be adjusted according to the needs. When changing the belt brush, the four screws must be removed. After removing the long hexagon socket screws, the auxiliary transmission shaft at this position can be lifted. The auxiliary transmission shaft is a stainless steel smooth shaft with an aluminum block with self-aligning bearings at each end.

Aluminum block bearing for main drive shaft of sole cleaning machine

3. Step 3: Disassemble and fix the aluminum block

The main drive shaft of the shoe sole cleaning machine is fixed by a fixed aluminum block and ear bearings. The main drive shaft is a toothed stainless steel drive shaft wrapped with Teflon material. On the side of the slot of the main drive shaft fixed aluminum block, there is usually a small screw to lock it and remove it. If there is no screw, just ignore it. When the secondary drive shaft and the belt brush on the sink side are lifted, the main drive shaft fixed aluminum block end can be lifted at this time.

At this step, if the aluminum block end of the main drive shaft can be lifted, the belt brush that needs to be replaced can be removed, and the intact belt brush can be inserted through one end for replacement.

Sole cleaning machine cleaning area

When you lift the belt brush from one end of the secondary drive shaft, you can see that there is a stainless steel bar with balls in the belt brush support slot below the belt brush. Before taking out and installing the belt brush, you must remove the balls and stainless steel support bar. After replacing the belt brush, put the balls (23 balls per bar) on the support bar and place each ball in a corresponding slot.

Shoe cleaning machine gear chain open end

4. Disassembly of gear chain and protective plate (choose whether to disassemble according to the situation)

When the belt brush cannot be lifted from the aluminum block end of the main drive shaft for replacement, you can check it quarterly, remove the grease identification plate, then remove the chain, gears, ear bearings, and the entire drive shaft.

After the above steps, the belt brushes are replaced by restoring the drive shafts, intact belt brushes, screw bearings, fixed locking aluminum blocks, chains, and gears. During the disassembly process, please avoid using violent operations to avoid irreparable damage to other wire tube parts of the equipment.
